3 Stop and Go had to clear a stubborn plug on the left mag. Then departed for Chilliwack for supper. NOTAM for 07 night ops not auth and also displaced threshold due to trees to be cut.March

To Puyallup to get tiedowns that were forgotten in Susan's car. Found some Stormforce tiedowns in Puyallup and went to pick up. Mountain obscuration still in effect so gave us some additional time
Coeur d'Alene to Billings Mo. Made it through the mountains to Coer d'Alene but no food. Refuelled and met two chaps from KAWO on their way to OSH but will be behind us. Original destination was Missoula but stretched and amended to Billings as time and altitude in our favour.
Bismarck ND - Anoka MN to Wausau Wi. Originally planned for Anoka but again good tail winds and good ground speeds (160 ish). Additionally chasing and had TCU and CB's with TS embedded wanting to converge but we diverted to the south a little and decided to get behind the storm instead so we felt good after hour 2 amd decided to amend and divert and continue straight to Wausau for our hotel booking. This put us down less than two hours before sundown and seemed like a good idea. Saw the twin cities to the south.
Wausau to OSHKOSH! Uneventful flight first thing. At the airport early but all airplanes left already! Saw no traffic until right at RIPON. Was number 7 by my count and had a homebuilt amphib slip in front. 70 kt needed a notch to stay 1/4 mile in trail. rocked our wings and got a right downwind to 27 decent to 500 AGL in the downwind base turn on the numbers and land orange dot. very agressive turn needed and landed slightly after dot (50-60'). Straight to parking and had an end spot! Made it!
